Everything you need to know about ticket verification
If your ticket shows as invalid, don't panic. First, double-check the order number for typos. If the number is correct, contact the seller immediately for clarification. We also provide a fraud reporting tool and can connect you with our customer support team for assistance in resolving the issue.
No. The process is strictly read-only—we retrieve data but never edit your reservation. Your fare, seats, and baggage allowances remain exactly as booked.
“Suspended” means the ticket is temporarily on hold while back-office actions finish. Typical causes include: (1) a refund in progress—multi-airline itineraries need extra time to settle; (2) a major schedule change that triggered an automatic re-issue check; (3) pending payment clearance between the airline and the settlement system. Once resolved, the ticket will move to “Active,” “Refunded,” or another final status.
Minor accents and transliteration tweaks are normal and won’t block travel. If a full name or passport number is wrong, open a support chat so we can request a correction before departure.
Be cautious of prices significantly below market rates, sellers who refuse to provide order numbers beforehand and requests for unusual payment methods. Always verify tickets before travel and purchase from reputable sources with clear refund policies.
